DUNLAP — Norfolk Southern was issued two citations for a train that blocked a railroad crossing for more than four hours on Tuesday morning.
The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department saw the train blocking the crossing at C.R. 15, C.R.45 and U.S. 33 near the Meijer store from around 7:58 a.m. to 11:19 a.m., according to a post by the department on Facebook.
