SOUTH BEND — The numbers are in, and Limebike, the city’s new dockless bike-share program, is a hit.

More than 500 unique riders have used the service since it launched seven days ago, accounting for more than 2,500 rides, @SmartStreetsSB tweeted this afternoon.

Meanwhile, the Limebike app for Apple and Android, which allows users to unlock and ride the lime-green bikes, has been downloaded more than 3,000 times.
