A construction company that specializes in commercial and industrial buildings wants to create an eight-lot industrial park in northwest Fort Wayne.
The approximately 14-acre site is on the east side of the 7000 block of Huguenard Road, just north of an existing industrial park, according to an application filed with the Department of Planning Services.
The new park will be called Huguenard Industrial Park North, according to the applicant, Mark Swinford, a representative of Briner Building Inc., which has offices in Fort Wayne and Bluffton.
