LAFAYETTE — Greater Lafayette students won't have to go far for their education when they receive mental health treatment at Sycamore Springs' adolescent facility.

Klondike Elementary School teacher Kathy Rogers will have a classroom in Changes, the facility on 3733 Rome Drive in Lafayette.

"Students will still be a part of their normal school," said Tippecanoe School Corp. Superintendent Dr. Scott Hanback.

The program, which has the capacity of 50, is focused on adolescents from 12 to 17 years old located 50 miles or less from Lafayette. The adolescents typically receive cognitive group therapy.

Students don't have to come from Tippecanoe School Corp. schools to receive Rogers' help, said Zoe Frantz, Sycamore Springs' vice president of business development.
