Lippert Components purchases two Italian door manufacturers for $40 million

Both Metallarte S.R.L., a Siena, Italy-based manufacturer of entry and compartment doors and its subsidiary RV Doors, S.R.L., a Venice, Italy manufacturer of driver-side doors to the European caravan market, were purchased by LCI, according to a press release. 

Combined the companies had $12 million in sales during 2016.
