The complex will consist of two buildings on opposite sides of South Grant Street where it intersects with East Third Street. The building on the west side will be done in February, and the one on the other side by the end of April, said Kyle Bach, CEO of The Annex Group, based in Indianapolis.

Combined, the buildings will offer 102 new apartment units, including 66 studios, 28 one-bed and eight two-bed. The development is within two blocks of Kirkwood Avenue and Indiana University's Maurer School of Law.
