The Indiana State Department of Health on Thursday reported 3,733 new cases of COVID-19 and 64 more deaths.
The state’s cumulative case count rose to 601,937 since the beginning of the pandemic.
Deaths due to COVID-19 have exceeded single digits for 102 straight days.
The state said 12,321 new individuals were tested Wednesday in Indiana.
Statewide hospitalizations due to COVID-19 ticked up by one patient, from 2,302 on Tuesday to 2,303 on Wednesday, marking only the second daily increase in two weeks. The high mark was 3,460, set on Nov. 30.
The state said 87,506 Hoosiers have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 so far, an increase of 7,633 from the previous day.
