After multiple meetings and discussions with members of the community, Leadership Everyone officials will present data for plans of action for the community on Thursday evening.

Since 2020, Leadership Everyone has hosted 73 Regional VOICE visioning sessions throughout Gibson, Posey, Vanderburgh and Warrick, plus Henderson County, Kentucky. More than 2,000 participants shared their hopes and dreams for the region's future.

Regional VOICE is a program that promotes open dialogue to address issues through the lens of what's possible, rather than looking at what's wrong.

“Regional VOICE sessions have been extraordinarily inclusive — all people’s voices are represented in our data,” said Lynn Miller Pease, the CEO of Leadership Everyone.

Pease highlighted the number of African-Americans who participated in the meetings was double the U.S. Census tally for the community which is 13.6%.

The event will take place at Old National Events Plaza from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and is open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to wear business casual outfits and light hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available during the event.

The two major presentations will feature a data dashboard and the roll-out of six community-based projects.

Following the presentation of the data, the data dashboard will demonstrated and launched so that anyone can use the VOICE data for their needs.

"It's going to be put up so everyone can see it and use it," stated Pease.

The six projects and topics will have project leaders who specialize in the topic.

The first meeting will be held on Nov. 16 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Ivy Tech's Centerpoint Auditorium.

Leadership Everyone still plans to host vision sessions, with the next one being on Dec. 5 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Central Library's Browning Room.

These meetings will help keep up-to-date data information in the data dashboard.
