MILFORD — CTB Inc. announced it has acquired the Volito Group B.V., a Netherlands-based manufacturer of cage-free housing systems for hens.
Milford-based CTB, a global designer, manufacturer and marketer of agricultural systems and solutions, did not disclose terms of the transaction in a news release. CTB is a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway.
