Should Delaware County join Central Indiana Regional Transporation Authority?

MUNCIE -- Delaware County Council members say they need more information, including public opinion, before deciding whether or not to join the Central Indiana Regional Transportation Authority (CIRTA).

CIRTA is a non-profit organization promoting more public transportation options to connect the urban core of Indianapolis with communities in Hamilton, Hancock, Shelby, Johnson, Morgan, Hendricks, Boone and Madison counties
