Two proposed developments would bring nearly 350 homes and four commercial spaces to northwest Allen County.

Oakmont Development Co. IV LLC of Fort Wayne has filed plans for Bella Coves Subdivision with 229 single-family homes and 95 townhomes at Cook and Goshen roads.
