ELLETTSVILLE — It was a short, if not very sweet, Richland-Bean Blossom school board meeting Monday night as the district’s layoffs were finalized.
Nobody was happy about the outcome of a 5-0 vote that came after just 10 minutes, with 10 staffers affected, some seeing their positions eliminated and others seeing theirs reduced to part-time status.
