Fort Wayne is seeking a consulting firm to form a new downtown plan to guide development and investment.
The city has been guided by the same downtown plan created by Development Concepts and HNTB for 22 years.
Blueprint for the Future was adopted in 2003 with updates leading to more than $1 billion in downtown investment.
