SEYMOUR — Royalty Roofing has announced the acquisition of Zimmer Roofing and Construction of Port Huron, Mich.

Zimmer Roofing and Construction has served the eastern Michigan area for over 35 years, according to a news release from Royalty.

Royalty Roofing, established in 1986, completed the acquisition as an additional opportunity to build scale and establish offices in key markets throughout the U.S. headquartered in Seymour, with satellite locations in Warsaw, Batesville, Evansville, Fort Myers and Orlando, Florida, and Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Royalty Roofing provides national reroofing, maintenance, inspection and repair services to a vast customer base of both commercial and residential clients. Royalty’s sister company, Majestic Facility Services, also manages a network of technicians throughout the U.S. to fulfill any repairs or facility maintenance needs of commercial clients.
