Omnicity expanding in Rushville, but owes Muncie $280,000

MUNCIE -- Rushville officials were celebrating this week with the announcement that Omnicity, a Rush County-based broadband Internet provider, would create 100 jobs in that central Indiana community.

But Omnicity still has unfinished business in Delaware County: An unpaid $250,000 loan.
