Public access counselor answers complaint about Northwest Allen County Schools' records-request denial

The Indiana Public Access Counselor has declined to rule Northwest Allen County Schools as noncompliant regarding its response to a records request involving the cancellation of a school play that included LGBTQ+ representation.

Luke Britt’s advisory opinion was prompted by a formal complaint filed July 20 by Nathan Gotsch. He independently produced the canceled Carroll High School play in May.
