Businesses in outlying Fort Wayne areas faced with smoking choice

With Allen County's smoking ordinance going into effect today, bar and restaurant owners in unincorporated areas have a decision to make: welcome smokers ages 21 and over with open arms or clear away the ashtrays and provide a more family-friendly environment.
