Mayors lobby state for local tax options

Fort Wayne Mayor Graham Richard, Bluffton Mayor Ted Ellis and Warsaw Mayor Ernie Wiggins participated in a statewide effort Wednesday to pressure the General Assembly to provide more taxing options for cities.
