ELKHART — Patrick Industries continues to grow by acquiring yet another company, at least the fourth such acquisition since February 2015.
The company announced Monday that it had bought Mishawaka Sheet Metal. for approximately $14 million. MSM is a full-service distributor and fabricator of aluminum and steel products, servicing not only the recreational vehicle industry, but also other industrial markets.
In 2015, MSM saw revenues of about $28 million.
Todd Cleveland, CEO of Patrick Industries, said the move was done to further expand the company’s market presence.
“The acquisition of MSM provides us the opportunity to continue to penetrate adjacent industrial markets with our broad product offering and value proposition," said Cleveland in a press release.
