The Indiana Commission for Higher Education's plan to boost college graduation rates by linking them to college funding is getting a little help.
The Lumina Foundation for Education, an Indianapolis-based organization that works to expand access and success in education beyond high school, is giving Indiana and 10 other states $150,000 grants to help more students graduate and make college more cost-effective.
