INDIANAPOLIS - Philosophical divides were on display Tuesday as companies pushed for a worker tax to aid the state's unemployment system and labor groups called a proposed plan to cut benefits "business-friendly."
The testimony came during a four-hour hearing on a wide-ranging plan to make Indiana's Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund solvent again.
