IMI fined $29 million for price-fixing

INDIANAPOLIS - Irving Materials Inc., a concrete supply company with plants in East Central Indiana, pleaded guilty Wednesday and was sentenced to pay a $29.2-million fine for fixing the price of ready-made concrete in the Indianapolis metro area.
