Bloomington area home sales still slow, but signs hopeful

Although residential sales in Monroe County aren't as brisk as they were last year, July figures released Wednesday reveal the market is showing signs of improvement.

In July, 233 homes were sold, slightly down from 240 in July 2006, according to data compiled by F.C. Tucker/OBR Realtors.
