Indiana is losing ground.
Two recent census reports - one on income, the other on housing prices - lead to no other conclusion. And piling on, a separate report from a non-profit group had a little encouraging news but calculated that the state ranks in the cellar for small businesses, home foreclosures and subprime loans.
