Delaware County home foreclosure rate numbers vary, depending on source

MUNCIE -- Just how high home foreclosure rates are in Delaware County depends on whom you ask.

National foreclosure tracking company RealtyTrac -- which just reported that Indiana had fallen from sixth to tenth among states for foreclosures -- said Tuesday that 105 Delaware County properties were in foreclosure, compared to 120 in November.
