House GOP walks out on immigration issue

INDIANAPOLIS - A partisan rift on procedural issues Thursday threatened to derail progress on legislation targeting employers who knowingly hire illegal immigrants.

Late in the evening, House Republicans - the minority caucus - walked out for a caucus on the matter and then refused to return to the chamber.
