LaGrange County RV manufacturer expands to meet demand

A Topeka-based RV manufacturer is expanding its product lines due to increased market demand.

CrossRoads RV is doubling production of its Tranquility park models and introducing a new floorplan to its Hampton destination trailer line. The Tranquility has been well-received since its introduction last year, and sales volume for the Hampton has increased, too, CrossRoads RV president Mark Lucas said in a statement.

By doubling production and adding a new model, the company can better meet customers' needs for "quality-built, high-value destination trailers and park models, Lucas said.

Tranquility park models are available in six floorplans, including three loft models. CrossRoads is the only manufacturer to produce all six floorplans under 13 feet, 6 inches, for unrestricted towing in all regions of North America.

The new 38-foot Hampton model complements the current five-model lineup and features two slide-out bedrooms, the company said.
