Less property tax revenue could force a Muncie library to close its doors

MUNCIE -- Property tax reform in Indiana could mean one less library in Muncie.

With more than a million dollars in lost revenue expected, Muncie Public Library officials are considering how to trim the library system's budget to fit the new, more austere reality.
