INDIANAPOLIS - The Senate Tax and Fiscal Policy Committee could vote today on an amendment to the governor's circuit breaker proposal that would ease some of the spending cuts for local governments but also reduce relief to property owners.
Committee Chairman Sen. Luke Kenley, R-Noblesville, said he wants to phase in the effect of the circuit breaker.
