Public Access Channel 60 up and running again in Muncie

MUNCIE -- After being off for more than a year, Muncie's public access Channel 60 is back on the air.

Through a partnership between the city of Muncie, Ball State University and Burris Laboratory School, the public access channel will soon launch original programming while still offering a place for Munsonians to turn for 24/7 weather and news.
