INDIANAPOLIS - Lawmakers have spent the past 14 weeks building a tenuous house of cards and now have 14 days to finish - with three key bills serving as a foundation that could fall apart with the slightest wiggle.

Though hundreds of bills have been considered this legislative session, the final days will focus on the state's biennial budget, property tax reform and expanded gambling at the state's horse tracks.
