Despite the frosty weather, many local farmers already have planting season on their minds.

Farmers are ordering more equipment - particularly corn planters - than they did last year, according to local dealerships exhibiting equipment Wednesday at the Fort Wayne Farm Show. The three-day show, which ends today, is expected to draw more than 35,000 people.
