Muncie-Delaware County commission designates Ag Bio Vision Park TIF district

MUNCIE -- Hoping to attract a $165 million ethanol plant, the city-county planning commission voted 7-0 Thursday to designate the new Ag Bio Vision Park as a tax-increment financing (TIF) district.
