MUNCIE -- Ethanol plants are fueling economic-development races throughout Indiana and the Midwest, and East Central Indiana is no exception.
With Thursday's announcement of the U.S. Ethanol Holdings plant set for northern Delaware County, more than a dozen ethanol plants have been announced in Indiana.
