EVANSVILLE — Six new coronavirus-related deaths in Southwest Indiana and 179 new COVID-19 cases in Vanderburgh County — that was the toll exacted by the virus in Monday's reporting.
Gibson County residents accounted for four of the deaths, plus one new death in Vanderburgh and one in Warrick County. The data can be found on the Indiana State Department of Health's statewide dashboard of cases.
Vanderburgh County has now recorded 11,730 COVID-19 cases and 140 deaths.
