NDIANAPOLIS - Residents in Allen and Huntington counties are among those in northeast Indiana that would see the most help next year under Gov. Mitch Daniels' plan to put a circuit breaker on homeowner property tax bills.

The vast majority of Hoosiers in other area counties, though, would see their bills drop due to other parts of the plan but would not benefit from the assessed-value cap.
