Four local restaurant managers and owners said they've seen food prices increasing, but their restaurants have not changed menu items or portion sizes in response.

Prices seem to be rising across the board, said Jeff Hall, co-owner in charge of purchasing for the Don Hall's Restaurants. Beyond prices for beef, pork and seafood going up, Hall said basic ingredients such as shortening and flour have doubled in price over the past year. And as gasoline prices increase, food delivery costs are also going up.
