Monroe County home sales increase in February 2008, but sales prices drop

February home sales saw an increase in Monroe County according to statistics compiled by a local real estate franchise.

According to statistics, which include closed transactions for homes and condominiums, 230 homes were sold this year compared to 190 in February 2007.
