Downtown Fort Wayne and the East Central neighborhood can handle more homes as the city continues to grow, according to a housing market study released Wednesday.
The study prepared by Zimmerman/Volk Associates, a real estate consultant based in New Jersey, identifies potential for various housing types in the two urban areas. The firm did similar studies for downtown Fort Wayne in 2014 and 2021.
