Muncie home sales down in April 2011

MUNCIE -- Local home sales were down in April compared to the same month in 2010, a statewide real-estate group has reported.

Officials with the Indiana Association of Realtors said that decreased home sales statewide in April could be explained by higher-than-normal sales a year earlier due to a federal tax credit.
