ANDERSON - Anderson has made another appearance in the national media.

On Sunday, the New York Times published an article set in Anderson with the headline: "An Indiana Town Appreciates Obama, and That Stimulus Cash, Too."

Anderson Parks Department Administrator Pam Clendenen, executive director of the Madison County Community Health Center Anthony Malone and president and CEO of the Flagship Enterprise Center Chuck Staley are all named in the piece. Reporter Jeff Zeleny calls Anderson "a once-proud automaking center that is a study in deindustrialization."
