INDIANAPOLIS - Legislative leaders Monday homed in on several major issues, such as gambling and the state's welfare modernization contract, when they established the subjects that lawmakers will study over the summer break.
The Legislative Council - made up of the four caucus leaders and other prominent legislators - passed a resolution assigning topics to various interim study committees.
