Muncie City Council president's job with city ends because of tight budget

MUNCIE -- Mayor Sharon McShurley confirmed Friday that she will eliminate four positions in the street and engineering departments on Jan. 1, including the supervisor post held by Muncie City Council President Sam Marshall.
