The Allen County Plan Commission on Thursday unanimously approved a primary development plan for the county portion of Project Zodiac, a sprawling technology data center near New Haven bordered by Adams Center and Tillman roads and the railroad corridor.
It also supported a rezoning petition that would allow construction of the 12-building campus proposed by a Fortune 100 company.
