On the first day of October, 18-year-old Dominic Wallace - a Citilink bus veteran - leaned against the brick wall of the Superior Street bus station, shivering a little in the morning's chill.
Lately, he has noticed the buses run late more often. They're more crowded, too, he said.
He's not the only one.
