Muncie development efforts remain in flux

MUNCIE -- Until Sallie Mae last month decided to hang its hat in Muncie, local officials had still been touting Magna's 15-month-old decision to build a parts plant in the Industria Centre on the south side -- plus the impending arrival of Muncie's second Wal-Mart Supercenter.
