As the economy continues to deteriorate and the nation's unemployment rate reaches a 14-year high, uncertainty is shaking the workplace.

"None of us likes to think about losing our jobs, but the reality is that everyone is vulnerable," said Alexander Crispo, an associate professor of organizational leadership and supervision at Purdue University.
