Chrysler LLP told a bankruptcy court it plans to close four northeast Indiana dealerships as it tries to cut its dealer network amid shrinking sales, according to an exhibit the Detroit Free Press posted on its Web site Thursday.

Tomkinson Dodge Inc. in Fort Wayne, Trier Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Columbia City, Sorg South Inc. in Warsaw and Meyer Auto Sales in Monroeville were among the 789 dealership agreements Chrysler asked U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Arthur Gonzalez to reject, the newspaper reported.
