MIDDLEBURY - Jim Bartel always believed in his product.

Now he is getting the orders to back up that belief.

Coachmen Industries and ARBOC Mobility announced this week that their joint venture producing ARBOC's "Spirit of Mobility" handicapped accessible buses has already resulted in several contracts.
