WASHINGTON – Indiana might refuse to create the state-run insurance pools for people whose employers don’t provide health insurance coverage, Gov. Mitch Daniels said Tuesday.
The program, called an exchange, would allow people whose employers don’t offer insurance coverage and who don’t qualify for Medicaid to buy a policy from a private insurer operating under the state-run exchange.
